Franck is an astrophysicist. His job is to perform laser drillings with the Lynx, an exploration rover on Mars. Assisted by his collegues, he spends the night looking for traces of organic life by examining rocks. In the morning, he will meet with his son who has been traveling around the world after staying with his mother.

Day breaks over the city. Further strolls are in sight. It is said that Mr. Monteiro, the alter ego of João de Deus, occasionally goes out with Nicholas Ray. At least, they've been seen together.

Liar

Due to drug abuse, a 13-year-old boy is placed into a detention center for young offenders. After a week, the judge will decide if he must stay there or go back home. Confronted with the adults, the judge, the psychologist and the social workers, the boy uses his most effective power to rebel against them all: lying.

A Woman's Honour

Marie, the daughter of a pastor, and major Trolle are young and in love, and they seem destined to become engaged. Everything is coming up roses when a serpent enters this Paradise. Trolle’s close friend, Hoffmann, begins making passes at Marie, and even in the face of consistent rejections he remains tireless in his pursuit. When he assaults Marie one evening, Trolle surprises them and mistakenly thinks they are having an affair. Marie is deeply hurt by Trolle’s distrust of her, so she leaves him quietly and finds employment at the Scala Theatre. When she is to perform some time later, Hoffmann is present – as is Trolle, who has realised his mistake. A Grand Day Out
